"A true specialist in the Grand Massif. We had an epic 4 days in the backcountry of Sixt, snowshoeing, climbing and descending mountains and ridges, camping in a snowhole and sleeping in unmanned huts. We have been guided very professionally, everything was taken care of and well organised. Definitely recommend Alpadventures en for sure coming back next winter!" Kurt

"Adventure by name, adventure by nature, and what an adventure!! Arno pushed us to our limits while making us feel completely safe no matter how extreme the challenge. As a previous resident of the french Alps, I had an idea of what to expect but I was blown away by this trip; from rock climbing to hiking, mindfulness to mountain biking, I experienced more of the alps in 3 days than I ever did living there. Arno really knows his stuff when it comes to local history, flora and fauna and his enthusiasm for the area is infectious. This was a truly unforgettable and exhilarating adventure that has completely renewed my love for this stunning region." Jenny

"Wow. Thank you. You made a weekend for myself and 19 mates truly incredible. You became a group member immediately and had a very relaxed approach to leading. You constantly adjusted the trip to sit us on the edge of our comfort zones and the results were non stop fun and adventure. Full of local knowledge and non stop laughs throughout. There is no doubt we will be coming back, thanks Arno and Jess. You made it one of the best times of my life!" Tom

"What an amazing weekend! Perfect mix of adventure and fun, everything was perfectly planned... Great choice of accommodation, hiking and most importantly food! Can't wait to do it again." Will

"Just got back from 3 incredible days in the alps with Arno and couldn't recommend it enough! Every day was perfectly planned and perfectly executed and he kept us all entertained, educated and experiencing the best of what the alps have to offer. I'll definitely be back in the alps, and I'll definitely be calling up Arno when I do." Daniel

"I can recommend Alp Adventures. I just got back from a great snowshoe weekend in the mountains with a group of friends. Arno of Alp Adventures took care of everything and was everything you expect from a good guide. This starts with the preparation: we discussed the outlines of our trip long before, but he finalized the program (including accomodation) a week before to adapt to the local snow conditions and weather forecast. He also came up with a surprise dinner in a unique private location with cosy ambiance, which kicked off our adventure in the best possible way. The following one-and-a-half day hiking trip he checked on everybody explicitly and implicitly to make sure the pace is ok, knew nice spots to pause, had stories about local geology, culture, flora, wildlife, and taught us how to read the terrain, respect the conditions, and adapt to the rythm in a refuge. Arno listens to his clients and adapts, is never too present, and genuinely enjoys taking you off the beaten track." Merijntje

"Arno put a great 4 day personal MTB trip together for 2 of us. He was very quick to respond to emails in the organising stage , giving us a few options to suit the experience we wanted. His English, written and spoken, is excellent. His mini Trans74 trip had good variety in terms of terrain and scenery giving us an excellent cross sections of riding in the Chamonix area. The accommodation he chose was also fabulous giving us a variety of refuge experiences. Arno was particularly good at organising all the logistics along the way so the trip ran very smoothly but also allowing for variations to suit weather, ability and fitness. I was also very appreciative of the time he took to try and work on my MTB technique which he did very willing. He was very thoughtful taking photos of our experience along the way for a nice reminder of the time we had together. Thanks Arno for a great trip. I would have no hesitation in recommending your services to anyone."Sheila
